I am very particular about work done on our house, so I arranged to have a 1-hour consulation meeting with Michael (the tech doing the work) to discuss what he planned to do, the materials he would use, and methods he would employ for the project. I met with Michael and was very impressed with his experince and knowledge. On project day, he came out to our house at the scheduled time, removed the old trim, and installed the new trim in a VERY timely manner. The new trim looks wonderful, and I am totally satisfied with the result. Michael was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. Also, the customer support personnel I interacted with at Mr. Handyman were very pleasant and professional. The total cost of the job was quite reasonable too. "I called their appointment service at 21:30 on Tuesday evening. The scheduler put me on the schedule for 09:00 the next Morning. Geoff called at 08:45 the next morning to say he was on his way...he arrived at the house at 09:00. Geoff set to work, replacing both door springs, and the rod bearings. Total time was about 1 hour, start to finish. After repairing the door, Geoff adjusted the door, so it opens and closes perfectly. Geoff was professional and courteous (he also had some good garage door stories : ) I am extremely pleased with the service and the price.
