My older home, here on the South Shore of MA, needed the replacement of the attached roofs of my main house, porch, and two car garage. At the same time, I also had new gutters, new fascia boards, new flashing, and new, adjacent cheek wall siding installed. I went to several different sources to research contractors: friends, family members, and online options, including Angie’s List. Of the contractors I had come by for a quote, I felt a genuine ease of connection and communication with Brett Sesnewicz, of Baron Home Improvement. He listened carefully about my vision for the house, one that ultimately includes new siding and windows next spring and summer, after some additional decisions are made about the specific type(s) of those materials. I've always believed that a big part of the ultimate success of a finished project relies on using the best materials you can find for that particular job site. To his credit, Brett was always willing to discuss different options with different costs. His quotes for different aspects of the job were in line with the prices of other contractors. However, I was willing to pay a bit more for the quality of the materials that I selected. A smart client comes to a pro having already done their homework, and with thoughtful questions. Brett answered all of mine, and always with patience and professionalism. From his very first return phone call to me, to the timely text updates about materials and scheduling, Brett is the best communicator of any contractor that I’ve ever hired. And that’s saying something! Baron Home Improvement has team players that are true pros in their respective areas of expertise…from roofing, to gutter installation, to carpentry. They are highly skilled professionals. I couldn’t be happier with all the work that was done, and I look forward to working with Brett and his team for the continued restoration and remodeling of my home!"

"These guys are extremely professional, serious about customer service and do great quality work. I had them redo the entire exterior of my home; strip the roof and siding down the bare sheathing, new roof, new siding, new gutters and repair all the fascia. They stripped 3 layers of old roof off and replaced it then stripped half the siding off the house in the first DAY they were there. Everyone in the neighborhood was asking who these guys were and what their phone number was they were so impressed. There were a couple little things here and there that needed to be tweaked and cleaned up since it was such a big job and so much was changed. Every time I reached out to them I got a response back in less than 12 hours and someone was there fixing it within a day or two. They’re incredibly courteous, polite and value their customers. Hire these guys."

"Reggie at St Germain Construction did an excellent job of siding my house and detached garage. He quoted me a fixed price, which included all of the major items as well as the small but crucial pieces that I didn't even know that I needed: outside faucet, electrical outlet, linen vent. The vinyl siding was carefully installed over Tyvek, and all the trim work was neatly done. I would definitely use Reggie again, and highly recommend his work."

"I used this company for a number of years and the overall service is no longer the same. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."

"I have worked with Steve O'Keefe and Eagle Build and Remodel for approx 15 years on a number of projects. Steve and his team are all professional. This last project remodel of the kitchen had been in the plans for a bit. I had a pipe burst requiring repairs in the bathroom as well as basement ceiling replacement. Steve was able to provide me direction and a quick quote. Perfect opportunity to move forward with kitchen and bathroom remodel. Once again his team was amazing. Steve educated me on necessary steps and timeline from picking out cabinets, appliances, faucets and lighting. We also refinished the hardwood floors throughout the house (a disrupting job in itself). Steve assisted me in locating a storage unit, had some of his team move furniture into/out of the unit. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that has been completed. Already discussing next project."

"What I thought was going to be a painful process turned into a pleasant experience. Mr. Flynn was very timely in giving me a quote, supplying information about the materials, paperwork such as insurance certificate , and not subbing out the job. Mr. Flynn's crew was here at 7:50 AM. Stopped for lunch at 11:30 returned to work promptly at 12:30 and was finished with the job by 3. They were all very professional and courteous. The clean up was impeccable.
