"Brian worked with us for about 12 months on scheduling the project as we had significant exterior repairs to porches and trim due to winter damage. He assisted us on paint selection (many different shades) and ultimately we choose a slighly darker shade than was currently on the home. Brian's attention to detail was evident on the finished product. The pallette of Grey is crisp against the bright white trim, and the moldings and bead board ceilings of the porches appear to jump out in detail. Brian was willing to work around repair projects and move on to other areas of the home, while repairs to trim occurred. Some sections of the home were beyond the reach of ladders and Brian rented a Boom Lift to assist with these higher areas. The work took 3-4 weeks, which was a bit longer than some of the quotes we received from larger companies; however, Brian's attention to detail and willingness to work with us on our schedule were welcomed. We would reccomend him to anyone looking for a good value, and great attention to detail.

""Handymen" only begins to describe Wayne's capabilities. While repairing exterior trim on my house, I discovered that two carrying beams had been compromised and required repair/replacement. Wayne identified the cause of the problem (improper repair done years before by a different contractor) and remediated both issues. In so many ways, he proved to be a valuable and trusted resource. He is knowledgeable, careful, and practical, fully explaining the problem and describing my options. Pricing was very fair and importantly, he showed up when he said he would, worked full days, and stayed on the job until its completion. We could not have been more satisfied."

Overall we are very pleased with the work.
I will add a more detailed review in the summer after our new roof has had a chance to go through the winter and spring weather.

Spring update.
Well, we survived the winter with no leaks in our roof. I would still recommend Pearl Contractors for any roofing work that you may need.

Spring 2015.
Contacted Pearl to inform them that the flashing around my chimney is leaking.

August 2015
After some discussion with Troy, the owner and Chris his assistant manager we have decided that the flashing around the chimney should have been replaced at the time of the original installation. because it was not, Pearl Contractor's has replaced the flashing as a warranty repair. Pearls states this chimney flashing is a $750 value. I am happy to have a roof that no longer leaks."

"We have a 150 year old two story cape house which has lots of character, but also is a real challenge to work in, as nothing is plumb nor level, and previous owners had done some some very odd things. We had problems with a leaky toilet on the second floor over the kitchen, which had been repaired by a plumber but left the kitchen with a large hole in the ceiling, and some damaged bathroom floor supports from the moisture. The corner double sink had a previous garbage disposal, long since replaced because the bottom rusted out and leaked, and the cabinet floor under that sink had a huge sag in the middle. The lovely old maple floor in the kitchen had a sagging area on the end by the sink and was pretty springy there, because in the past someone had cut away the floor under the sink, to put in a heating duct for a furnace (now long ago defunct.) The corner of the laundry room, which had at some point been added on to the original house and has corners supported by cinderblocks, had a corner away from the house sagging because the blocks had sunk into the dirt. Those were our original tasks to be done. When Tim came to estimate those, he looked at the big brush pile our tenants had left in the driveway in front of the barn, and the rusted things behind the barn, and said, and quot;I can do those too, you know.and quot; So we immediately added them to the list.
Tim was always courteous, prompt in his work, and did an excellent job in a very reasonable timeframe. We were delighted with all he did, and definitely will use his services again for anything else that comes up with this house in the future.

"It took a lot of phone tag to finally get the technician to our house, but once here he was efficient and professional and did an amazing job. The chip was in the edge of a white quartz countertop, very difficult to match perfectly, and the repair is absolutely invisible. Not the lowest bid, but worth the price."

I am a self-taught artist, initially drawn to experiment with pastels and colored pencil, and now working with acrylic on canvas. My art speaks for itself.

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time.
Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot.
I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction.

"We cannot thank Chris and Kelly enough for the repair work on our metal roof. Kelly responds promptly to calls and keep in touch regularly during the process. They are both knowledgable, professional, and care about their customers. They clean up work area after they are done. A company in the past was supposed to be processional but their work was shoddy at best. The price was quite hight for what they did do. At the time we thought they were good but being elderly and on the ground we were unaware of the work done (or not done) on the roof. Chris was up on our roof in less than 5 minuets and he saw where the problems were. He does not BS the customer into purchasing something not really needed to just make some money as the previous company did . We definitely would highly recommend new England metal systems because they guarantee their work. If necessary would call on them again."
