"Ken from A Honable Roofing came out and showed me all the places that Invigorating Roofing missing and why the roof is leaking. He's going to give an estimate to repair and some of the skylight covers. He seemed very honest to me, so will probably hire them. I don't want to have anything to do with Invigorate roofing. So this will be coming out of my pocket. Since Invigorate roofing never addressed my concerns and insurance company paid them. I'll probably never hear from them again."

"I had about 2,000 sq.ft. of old tar and gravel roof with several pitches and complications, like skylights, solar panels, and conduit running across. The facias were also badly aged. Zach gave an estimate so far below any other roofer for what he offered that I was skeptical, especially since I live in Santa Fe and Belding Industries is in Albuquerque. Besides installing a new TPO roof, they included new steel facia coverings, a 15 year warranty on the new roof, and a renewal and sealing of the remainder of my roof (about 2,000 sq.ft. of metal propanel) with a 5 year warranty, all for less than any other bid for far less roofing. I am feeling very happy and pleased with my new roof from Belding."

"It turned out fine. I had to travel back to the East Coast to visit some some other family. Then I came back and left a friend in charge of monitoring the install after I returned to Alaska. They did the work after the fact of me being there.

From the pictures that my friend took of their work, there was only 1 problem. But they came back and repaired it. I guess the supervisor came back and did a walk over after his crew did the work and he cleaned it up. They also advised me of some other work that needs to be done and that turned out pretty good too as far as the estimate. They will probably do it this summer. I plan on using them again on the stucco work.

"We initially interviewed 3 companies for estimates on what we wanted done and their process for the work involved. After meeting with all three we decided to go with Just Stucco & Windows. They weren't the least expensive but James Rooks left us with a great impression of his abilities and knowledge of delivering a quality product. James kept us advised of slight changes in the scheduled work due to weather and answered any questions we had about the process in a very timely manner. Once the project started the crew arrived on time every day and completed each step, from prepping the property to the finished coat in a timely manner. They kept the area neat and cleaned up after themselves. The finished product is beautiful. The attention to detail is apparent, no errant color splashes, all fixtures reinstalled properly.
