They ended up finishing our deck, at our specs, $500 under budget, 2 days early, and somehow didn’t wake our 9 month old once. If you are still not sold, Ricardo came back to my house after the job was finished and helped get the left over materials back to Home Depot for my refund. We cannot recommend these guys enough. 10/10"

"They did find the first couple of times. After the first few times, they were rushing through the job and I had to call because they did not clean my floors well. One time I had to have them come back in and redo the floors. The last time they were here the workers spent most of their time on their phones and rushing through the job."

She did everything she told me she was going to do, and she didn't come back to try and upcharge me after she started the work. My fixtures look better than they did when I bought my house. "I hired this very nice crew after a tenant family with 2 younger boys and a large dog moved out of my rental and left the place a mess. It desperately needed a deep cleaning. They did a great job cleaning all the drawers, cabinets and bathrooms. I had already cleaned the fridge and had to replace the stove. The house has hardwood (oak), tile, LVT-luxury vinyl tile and bamboo flooring. The new stove was arriving as they were leaving so I did not get to go back in for a walk thru. I had already seen a lot of great work earlier. After they had gone and the stove was installed, I could see that the LVT near the front door, where the dog must have hung out a lot, was still very dark and dingy looking. She had been using a soft mop and this really needed some kind of scrubbing tool. I guess I would have given a 4.5 stars but since that isn't an option I am giving 5 stars because they worked very hard and otherwise did an excellent job. She needs to invest in some scrubbing tools tho."
