"I strongly advise against hiring this company, as my experience revealed serious concerns about both professionalism and integrity. After hiring them for a deep cleaning service, I was informed upon the cleaner’s arrival that, due to some dust from recent painting and minor touch-ups, it would now be considered a “post-construction clean.” Marissa, the owner, quoted a 50% price increase, which I reluctantly agreed to, assuming the job would be done thoroughly. I left to allow them to work and returned later to meet Marissa for payment. She took the payment and left immediately. Upon walking through the home, I realized that virtually no cleaning had been done. I contacted her and sent photos of the untouched areas. She initially responded, saying she would speak with her team and come up with a resolution. Shortly after, she blocked my number. **Only then did I researching further and i highly recommend you check the greenville county public index and arrests website, it's clearly indicating a disturbing pattern of behavior.** This situation has been both frustrating and costly.
