They removed about a dozen marked trees, cleared brush, removed pine litter, ground stumps, and pruned branches overhanging the 3-story roof. The only reasons they did not earn 5-stars are that one marked tree was overlooked (the ribbon was obscured by foliage) and one raked pile was forgotten in the rear of the property. Otherwise, it was very easy to work with Amanda at the office and they were able to get to the job a day earlier than originally projected. Scott's reporting was also excellent."

"Sierra Arbor Works estimator came the same day I called them, we'd just had a storm and a Green Ash in the front yard had started coming to pieces, I had several estimators come out and they all told me that the tree wasn't worth saving and that we should cut it down and grind out the stump and replant something else there. Sierra Arbor Works was the first team that told me that they could save the tree. Since it was a fairly large tree and provided a lot of shade for us in the summer we were very excited to hear this. Wes and his crew came out and cleaned up the fallen branches and made a major weight reduction in the tree so no more would fall if there were more storms. They even cut up some of the wood and stacked it on the side yard to season for our fire pit!
