Hard worker detail is everything

Hello, my name is Moe and I’m the owner of Just Us property solutions LLC. I offer junk removal and rental equipment services. I also do lawn care and lil of everything. Please don’t hesitate to ask for your needs. Thanks

Hello everyone I'm Nick, Im a 37 yr old with 20+ years of working with my hands on all sorts of jobs. From framing houses in my younger days to running small crews doing HVAC. I've also done full hard scapes both installing and repairing/ reviving along with your normal small home repairs. I'm very knowledgeable and take pride in my work. I have most tools to do any job but depending on the job I may have to rent or purchase that tool required to complete the job. I am goal oriented and focused at doing the job right the first time. I have a sharp eye for detail and am not a lipstick artist if you know what I mean. The job will be completed correctly. If you hire me you can be certain to be treated with respect and honesty throughout the process along with a fair cost for the job. \n\nThank you for the opportunity and I look forward to hearing from you.

"From start to finish the removal of the tree was done with precision. Entire tree was removed from the property and after clean up you couldn’t even tell they were there. I would highly recommend G&R Solutions for any tree removal and excavation needs you may have."

"Jason is absolutely amazing! I got several quotes, but his enthusiasm and personality, alone, won me over. He worked very quickly, told me the prices & giving me the receipts for anything that changed along the way, he is honest (which is SOOOO refreshing in this type of business), and is such a great person to bounce ideas off of for jobs that are not your typical pressure washing jobs. I wasn't sure what I wanted at first and he was genuinely excited to help me *exactly* what I wanted. And I got it! The curb appeal of my house is so much higher now. JoG is THE highest recommended person to have ever done any projects for me, hands-down... and that's quite a few. An absolutely wonderful person who does absolutely wonderful work."

"From the initial call I was very impressed with Mr. McCarthy's professionalism. He answered the call right away and after discussing the initial work needed and pricing we set up a time to come out and take a look at what I needed done. He was prompt in coming out. We discussed the work and price and made arrangements to schedule the work. I was very pleased with the work done and the pricing. If he needed to reschedule due to weather or delays on another job, he made sure to contact me right away. He always answered calls right away or got back to me as soon as he was able to. Which was greatly appreciated. I am very pleased with the work done. I am planning to have Mr. McCarthy do more work for me and would recommend him highly.
