This led to water leaking in and potential water damage to my home. I got several different hardscapers to come to my house. Some provided a quote, but never called back. Others outright refused to do the job because I lived in an HOA community and they preferred not to deal with the back and forth with an HOA board. Some said my project was "too small". I get it, builders need to secure bigger jobs. They got people to take care of too. But people in humble homes need work done too. It also wasn't easy to access my home since I live in a middle unit with no rear road access. I was so close to just giving up. Shaun not only came out to my property, but also provided me with an estimate, and get this; a follow up call. Despite township surface limitations, my HOA's regulations, and difficulty in accessing my backyard Shaun and his crew got it done. Every step of the process, he had a solution for the size, configuration, and drainage. He kept me informed of my next steps so I always knew what to expect next. Even after a township bounced back my initial proposal, Shaun drew up a revised plan to accomplish what I still wanted to do without compromising the aesthetic of my patio.
