"Melissa came and gave us an estimate and also the news that our home had extensive hail damage on all sides. It explained why my house looked so bad. She also made a trip out to meet with our second insurance adjuster because our first was blind to the damage. We had other quotes and no one else had mentioned the hail damage. The second adjuster came and also found extensive hail damage on the roof. Because of her visit, repairs to my home of over 20K were paid by the insurance company. Oscar and his crew were very professional. They repaired some damaged wood, primed, and painted my home and stained my fence. I learned from reading reviews of painting in general that you should make sure you look at everything. That made sense to me. So when it was time for the walkthrough I was very thorough. They touched up, or fixed etc. everything that I brought to their attention. We then did a second walkthrough to make sure everything was done that was found in the first walkthrough. They left me with a home that I can feel proud of."

"Mile High's Team arrived at the appointed time and day. They worked diligently with a complete service: power washing, scraping, and taping and caulking before starting to paint. They work together like a fine tuned orchestration, each member attending to their specific part of the procedure. The job was completed in a timely fashion with an eye to detail. Their cleanup was as efficient and perfect as the painting of the house and storage shed. It was a very positive experience. From start to finish they were very professional. We initially hired Hemmert Painting to paint the interior walls and trim on a couple rooms of our house, but ended up adding more rooms, sanding and re-staining the stair railings, and removing wall paper and painting a bathroom. We expected a lot from Hemmert and they came through with flying colors. The communication was excellent. Their patience was commendable as I went back and forth on what exactly I wanted done and colors. Their professionalism was on point as they took great care on being punctual, polite, and tidy. To top it all off their work was excellent. It was a big project with cathedral ceilings, painting all the trim white, and re-staining the oak stairwells, but their work was excellent. "I can't say enough good things about this business! I contracted with them to stucco the exterior of my house and paint the doors, gutters, and wood trim. My primary contact, Patrick Rafferty, was really great to work with throughout the process from estimate to completion. He quoted me a reasonable price, helped me choose my color scheme, and checked in with me nearly every day while the work was being done. The stucco crew was incredibly hard-working and skilled. And while applying stucco is a messy job, they cleaned up the work areas at the end of each application phase so I could safely get my dog in and out of the house to do her business. The work was completed in less than 3 weeks, and the result is spectacular. CC&E is probably the best contractor I've worked with in my 30+ years of home repair and home improvement projects."

"Joe came out to do a bid on pressure washing, staining and painting our home outside of Woodland Park. He gave us an honest and fair bid using Messmer’s Exterior oil based stain. David and his crew came up 2 weeks later and did an amazing job of pressure washing the house and repairing holes/cracks on siding & trim boards. A few days later they were back masking the windows and started staining. Total of 3 days to do staining and painting trim and garage door. They cleaned up all masking materials and our home looks amazing!"

"I found Pat's Painting on Angies List where they were rated in the top painters in Colorado Springs. For good reason. They take pride in their work and make sure at every level that you will be satisfied and are satisfied with the end result. They initially quoted on refinishing baseboard trim, cabinets, wood doors and window ledges. They completed that job so well that I had them paint the entire 2,500 sq foot townhouse, except ceilings. Some more details: 1. They were the best bid out of three licensed businesses for the initial work. Based on their outstanding initial bid results, I hired them to paint all interior walls. 2. They have the equipment required to do the job: Scaffolding, ladders, drop cloths, sanders, drills, steam cleaners, shop vac and many special tools to ensure your home is not damaged in the painting. 3. They used quality Sherman Williams paints. 4. They carefully removed (and put back after painting) doors, wall and window hardware (including but limited to vent covers, blinds, drapes, and towel racks. They did not paint over or around hardware 5. They moved furniture carefully and fully draped it. 6. They removed their painting equipment at the end of the day or carefully stored it on site (at your OK) in an out of the way place. After EACH DAY they cleaned up and vacuumed the area. On weekends they removed all their equipment so that that you didn't feel you were on a job site. 7. For no charge, Pat's wife Christina helped me choose wall color accents from a Sherman William giant sampler (which is a job that can be extremely intimidating when adding color to an all off-white house. 8. They filled holes and textured to the appropriate finish. For instance if your wall is textured and you need a repair, the repair needs to be textured too. 9. They repaired without charge a hanging cabinet door and probably other things out of scope for the job. 10. They had a feature on their phone that could pick out the hues and color in your existing counter tops to exactly match and/or complement the colors using Sherman Williams paints. 11. They at the minimum, they did two top coats. More if needed. On refinishing old varnish removal, sanding and adding a honey oak varnish, it was sometimes 3 or more coats. On the oak stair ballister spindles and ledges a past owner had applied a substance that made the finish cloudy and permeated to the base wood. For no extra charge, they spent lots of extra time sanding down and adding layers of honey oak finish."

"Couldn't be happier! Soffits and fascia were replaced or repaired as needed. Siding was applied and painted. We missed a few days due to wind and cold weather but I scheduled in early Spring as I knew Ryan's schedule would fill up quickly as the weather warmed. Both decks were power washed and stained. The also built me a beautiful cedar rail and window box that completely changed the appearance of my home. Please see attached photos. Communication was on a daily basis to keep me updated. The crew was very professional and pleasant. I also use Colorado's Quality Services for property management projects and highly recommend him to my owners. Good job!"
