He's a used car salesman who promised a lot & delivered many headaches. $7500 for a paint job & His crew used a sander on my French Doors & scratched all the glass, could be close to $4000 to replace. His son promised to come back in 1 week & fix or replace. It's been 3 weeks & nothing, today he's demanding another $1000 of the $1500 I owe him or he won't show up. He told me go file complaints with the BBB & ROC which I did today. Worst contractor I have ever dealt with. People make mistakes but this guy won't fix his mistakes. He's arrogant & the worst at customer service. Look at the picture. & decide for yourself if you want this type of work for $7500"

"John showed up on Memorial Day to take a look and give me a quote. Not only was he very detailed in what they would be doing, but also very open about cost and followed through 100% on everything. The two man crew that showed up did the most beautiful job of painting my house. It looks brand new. They were respectful and kind. The most important thing that I'd like to mention other than the amazing work that they performed is that I had a morning dove that decided to build a nest on my solar box. They asked me what I would like to do with the bird, and I said, "Can you just shoot her away when you need to paint that area?" Not only did they paint that area perfectly but they placed her nest back where it belonged as she had two little eggs in there and when they were leaving there she was in her nest like nothing ever happened. To me, that means so much that they took the time and care for that bird and her babies. It speaks volumes about this company."

"He was very professional, personable, and very patient. I first contacted him in October to have this one in the early part of January and circumstances presented themselves that I had to keep postponing it but he was very easy to work with. He accepted extending the time period to get this work completed. The estimate was originally three days but he completed all the work in two days. He was very thorough in making sure that the premises or protected from paint overspray and he left it in a very immaculate condition."

"It didn't go at all. Total lack of input and service. Estimator Dave was to show up on Wednesday at 1 PM to give us an estimate on installing kitchen countertops. He texted me at 12:31 and said he was hung up on another job, and couldn't make it, but if I sent him photos of the kitchen he would send me an estimate. That was Wednesday. I sent 9 photos of a very simple installation job (we already have the countertops). Thursday, I texted him again at 12:30 and asked if he could send the estimate to my email. He never has responded to either text. I sent email to the company as a response to their office manager, she never responded. On Friday, I sent emails to company both vial gmail and via Angi messaging, no response as of Saturday at 2:30 PM. I can't call, as my business is often in a very loud enviornment and hard to talk. They literally ghosted me and haven't have the most basic level of service to even contact me to say they are too busy for new jobs, or they aren't going to make enough on this job and it's not worth their time, or any other reason. They just vanished. I would never, and have never, treated my clients this way."
