"This man knows his trade. Very knowledgeable and very professional. He repaired 2 broken tiles on my roof efficiently. I highly recommend Handy. He was very fair-priced. Many charge a high flat price. $250 to $550."

"George W Scott was the only company that gave me an honest estimate on the roof repair that I requested. He completed the repair when promised and on budget. He kept me informed every step of the repair. He is the only one I will let do any roof repair or replacement"

"This company and its employees epitomize professionalism. From sales through acceptance, everyone was friendly and respectful. After each day’s work, they walked our entire property with a big magnet in order to retrieve any errant nails or screws. They swept all hardscape (driveway, deck, sidewalks), picked scraps out of the gravel landscaping, and even skimmed the pool and fished out things that had fallen in and sunk to the bottom. They always were on time and worked efficiently and effectively. The few new tiles that were needed were incorporated seamlessly and in the least visible areas. The result speaks for itself. We gladly would hire Spencer’s Roofing again. Although, they do such quality work, we likely won’t need to call them for 20 years!"

"From start to finish the roofing crew worked hard and cleaned up their messes daily and I appreciate that. The new roof has given my house a new more modern look and I am really glad I got the right company for the job. Thank you AZ Roofing for a job well done. Storm"

"The roof repair is holding up well and still looks new. I was impressed with their ability to provide a detailed quote and their willingness to work with my insurance company to get the job covered. The repair work they did was outstanding, and the roof still looks new even after several months. I especially appreciate the coating they used, which has held up well against the elements. Overall, I highly recommend CJS for anyone in need of roofing repairs. They are professional, knowledgeable, and committed to getting the job done right. Thanks to their expertise, I now have peace of mind knowing my roof is in good shape and protected against future storm damage."

"Alex Gregg is a courteous fantastic professional roof repairman. He explained in detail what was needed and completely assured me what to expect in the future. Alex replaced roof tiles and applied roof sealant around the roof piping of my home and as a BONUS cemented and sealed the roof apex over the kitchen window area. " SURPRISE "! I, personally recommend Sunco Improvements to all homeowners in Phoenix and every surrounding community in need for roof repairs and replacements. "If Time Is Of The Essence Sunco Improvements Is For Your Roof ". Thank You, Alex for everything."

"I had Jimmy replace the roof on my 1940â s house and he and his crew did an excellent job. He had to replace the fascia and soffits and do a lot of repairs to the roof. They did a great job and best of all my wife loves it"

"The guys were very responsive and did a great job repairing my roof within the week I called them. They came out for a free estimate and they communicated options and not just tell me I needed a new roof. Thanks guys!"

"I thought George and his crew did an excellent job in painting the house. In the beginning he said it would take 3-4 days and it came in at three. He told me in detail how he does his painting jobs and what I needed to do to prepare. He began with a complete washdown of the house. Then all windows and non painted surfaces were completely masked. Places where the stucco was pealing and cracked were repaired. There were places where the wood parts of the house were damaged, and these were patched and repaired . Several times he walked me thru the site and showed me his progress. At the end of the job we walked the perimeter of the house, and George showed me what he did and answered any questions that I had. Cleanup afterwards was thorough. It was a really good job. I don't know if this review is expected to cover the roofing job that George also did for me, so I'm going to discuss that also. Because of the circumstances of this house, we decided to do a patching job of the roof rather than a complete whole new roof. George determined that there were four areas requiring patches including patches to the subroofing wood. He said it would take a day, which it did. The crew removed the faulty subroof wood and replaced it with new wood. He had already painted the wood, with paint from the prior house painting job. The wood then was covered with the standard roofing materials. The rim that was removed that wraps over the facial wood was replaced. In one area a piece of the facial board had to be replaced and repainted. The whole roof was then painted with a sealant that should extend the life of the roof for several years. All in all an excellent job."

"Excellent customer service, follow through, and pricing! They did a beautiful job and left the site clean!!!! They have done work for me twice. They did tile roof, foam roof, and rolled roof. Trustworthy, hire THEM!"
