"Rob was exceptional! He noticed that the previous painter left some paint along the crown molding and performed touch ups as a courtesy. He wasn’t happy with only small touch ups and repainted the molding because “this has the be the best job if it’s at the front of the house.” After getting several quotes we were the most impressed by Rob and were SHOCKED that his company was the least expensive of four. I wanted to be budget conscious and asked for a “middle of the road” fix for any defects on the wall. Rob also sat down and consulted with us on wood accent walls for additional rooms, offering custom designs based on our preferences. We were VERY impressed and plan to hire Rob again for at least two more jobs around the house!"

"We recently had a house fire. All the rooms had smoke damage. I heard about PPP from a fellow painter (job too big for him to meet timelines). I've had Eric, catelyn and Aaron (for one day) at my house for 2 weeks now. As a retired contractor and extremely concerned with quality and detail, I was amazed at their workmanship. Their attention to detail, quality and most importantly respect for my property was unsurpassed. "Excellent workmanship. Reasonably priced. The job included hallways, foyer, staircase, and bedroom along with refinishing stair railings for the first time in 40 years. James was emphatic that the work would be done to our satisfaction and we were not disappointed. As an aside, we needed to make some last minute changes to the work schedule and James was very gracious in accommodating us. Would absolutely use his services again."

"Please see attached pictures of the work that was done. This has been the worst and most painful experience in my life ever. Mr. Gilberto Mora from Personal Painting is a one man business. He recently hired two inexperienced men to assist with minor details and not the actual paint or spackle job. Basically, they run back and forth to his truck to get supplies for him which is annoying because the door slams constantly and my AC is on. It took him over a month to do the job and he showed up a few hours at a time on four different occasions. He kept rescheduling me because he had bigger paying jobs than mine. He would show up at my house when it rained. He told me he could squeeze me in-between because he is presently painting the outside of homes and can’t paint them in the rain. Here are the end results of the nightmare. He failed to put on a second coat of paint as contracted in three rooms, failed to give me a receipt for services, failed to smooth out many imperfections from wet sanding, failed to paint my exterior door frame which I supplied him with the paint prior to and he has failed to return my paint. Also, he cleaned his paint supplies in my sink. I have a septic tank so this is never a good thing because the latex in the paint can cause serious damage which he was unaware of. I told him to clean his tools outside but he did not want to comply with my wish. Told me to get an engineer to check my tank out for damage in a smart- alec way. I have already paid him in full in cash for the services and he failed to complete the job and decided to stop responding to me via text which is his form of communication, I saved all of our texts though. He is a GOOD example of over promising and not delivering. Now I have to pay someone else to complete the POOR workmanship and the incomplete work. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau & Consumer Affairs next. I am expecting a refund of my money and compensation for my Benjamin Moore paint that he stoled."
