"For 2 years I had been looking for a contractor to extend my small patio area. It was my lucky day when Chip Bunch, owner of Shan-Gri-La contractors agreed to take on the project. Two days after he saw my garden, I had a detailed proposal. He worked with me on both price and timing. Chip was very patient with some of my unrealistic ideas. He explained the problems and increased costs. It would have been very easy for him to take advantage of my naive enthusiasm, but he didn't. He was always honest, professional and delivered what he said he would. The project was scheduled for the 3rd week in July, but in June I requested it to be COMPLETED by the 2nd week of July. Chip and his crew were able to begin on June 27th. He introduced me to three men who had all been with him for ten years. They immediately got to work and everything was done with precision and pride. They were here to work not chatter. It was fascinating to watch them because it so unusual. The evening that they finished I no longer had an overgrown muddy backyard. Instead I was sitting in my clean, crisp garden feeling like I was in Shan-Gri-La. I can't say enough about Chip and his crew. I am just thrilled."
