He said our roof didn't need to be done this year--that it still had a couple years life left. However, our gazebo roof, which was in bad shape needed replacing. They scheduled the job quickly. The crew came and did an excellent job! The gazebo roof looks great and surrounding area was left as clean as it was found. We will be doing our main roof in the next year or so and for sure we will use Summit again! Highly recommend."

The quality of the workmanship is A+ The receptionist is easy to reach, very delightful and caring. Our job is necessarily large and complicated. Their price was more than fair, and when there was a problem that arose unrelated to the roof, they were incredibly responsive in helping us resolve it. "The roofing work was fine, but they never showed up to repair the kitchen ceiling. I contacted DeMarco Family Roofing through Home Advisor on December 17th. When Rich stopped by he looked at the job of replacing 2 roof vent caps and the hole I had in the kitchen ceiling (made by the plumber to Identify where the water was coming from). I asked Rich if he could also repair the ceiling. He said it would be no problem. He planned to do everything on Sunday December 20th, since we had rain in the forecast for the next few days. On the 20th he showed up with his crew and did the cap replacement. He asked if he could come back on the 22nd or 23rd to do the ceiling repair. I told him that was fine. I just wanted the ceiling patched before Christmas. He said he would call Monday (12/21) evening to let me know when he would stop over. I never heard from him again. If he had just told me he couldn’t do it, I could have hired someone else to fix the ceiling. I was very satisfied with the roofing repair, but not calling about the ceiling is not very good customer service. I would have given DeMarco Family Roofing 5 stars, but reduced that to 3 stars due to my dissatisfaction described above."

"I contacted Adelphia via Angies list due to a leak in one small roof over a section of our home and the need to have the upper roof reviewed to determine if repairs were needed. Joe came out when he said he would, reviewed the situation, took pictures and was able to show me a variety of issues. One roof was very soft and had a hole in it which he showed me from an upper window. He told me they could come out within a week, which was acceptable to me. That night Joe called and indicated that it was supposed to rain the next day and if I was very concerned about the leak they could come out and cover it in some way. This was very thoughtful and great customer service. It was a minor leak that was hit or miss based on the winds so I said not to bother. The next day, I also got a call from their office to confirm the job which was very professional. Adelphia showed up when they said they would and got the job done in the estimated time. Joe and his team were prompt, courteous and very responsive. They also did a good job of explaining what was to be done and they went above and beyond all within the estimated price. I have dealt with a number of roofers over the years and by far this is my best experience. I highly recommend Adelphia Roofing Systems for your roofing needs."
