About a month or two after that, the leveling failed and now I have about a one inch difference between the upper and lower pieces of concrete. They guarantee their work for 3 years. Tried calling the employee with whom I contracted several times as well as the main number over a dozen times. I've never even gotten a call back. Stay away from this company - they are toxic."
