"They repaired two bathroom fans and a bedroom ceiling fan. Also installed a dishwasher. They looked for ways to save me money. Arrived on time and were both caring and professional. I would recommend!"

"Beth, Mark and their crew provided everything we wanted and more. They guided us through the design and selection process not only helping us make good design choices, but also saving us money by vetoing several of my silly ideas. Their knowledge of what plants and features would work well on our lot were spot on as evidenced by how well everything filled out in the spring. We wanted low maintenance landscaping and we got it, although now that our yard looks so good, working to keep it that way is actually not a burden. Beth's design is colorful with enough variety to make it attractive and enough simplicity to make it manageable.   <br /> The crew onsite was thorough and professional, taking time to explain the work they were doing and, thus, preventing me from screwing it up once they left. Beth and Mark visited the site regularly and were eager to stop by when I had questions. <br /> We've done considerable work on our house in the last few years (siding, roofing, painting, new garage, much interior remodeling) and Landmark's work is like the jewel in the crown. <br />"

"After the plants were installed, nobody came buy to check how they were doing or if we were satisfied. No follow up service was offered. The plants were almost all excellent and mainly well chosen for their location, but they were planted without new soil or fertilizer in the existing clay. If you want a good landscape plan and excellent specimens, then this a good choice. If you want a complete service with followup, then this not a good choice."

"I saw their name come up and was prompted to give a review. My son worked there for a summer. He was really impressed by Boyd's concern for the customer, taking time to show workers the proper way to do things. They were also a good employer if you are concerned about fair treatment of people in your community, too.  They specialize in really big landscaping jobs, but I hired them to do small mowing jobs when my mower broke. <br />"

"Excellent job! I recently had the pleasure of working with LSI Landscaping, and I’m beyond thrilled with the results. Mrs. Tess Mitchell, the owner, brought an innovative and detailed design that completely transformed my outdoor space. Her attention to detail was remarkable—she took the time to understand my needs and seamlessly incorporated them into a beautiful yet practical layout. The blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal exceeded all my expectations. Since the project was completed, friends, colleagues, and neighbors have complimented the stunning landscape. Mrs. Mitchell’s professionalism and personable approach made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend LSI Landscaping for any project. On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give LSI a 10 for their exceptional creativity and dedication."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Perry, MI

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
