"We wish we could give a higher grade than A. I called Dynamic Cleaning with a last minute emergency cleaning request on Thursday. Mike and Bill were out by Friday afternoon. In less than an hour our carpets looked like new and the house smelled fresh. Mike was informative, thorough and professional. He went above and beyond the initial scope of the job. Our one carpet was 30 years old, severely soiled and in need of replacement. It will never look new but Mike and Bill were able to renew the carpet to give us a bit more time to find the replacement. "My tenant contacted me with concerns about mold on the ceiling and windows of their bathroom. This stemmed from a leak in the roof a few months earlier. I contacted Mike and he scheduled to take a look within that same week. He examined the bathroom, the other rooms in the house and the attic. He said that his product would eliminate the mold without having to rip up all the sheet rock, etc. We scheduled a time for him to come back to spray the product and he arrived as promised. It only took him a short time to spray the house and I was surprised how much the mold disappeared that same day. We scheduled a second visit just to make sure the product hit all the mold spores and it seemed to kill all the mold without having to replace the ceilings and walls. Also, he has a guarantee that if I see mold re-surfaced at all they will come and re-mediate. Overall I think this was a good, cost effective way to eliminate the problem and the tenants have not had any issues since.  <br />"

"It was good but it was just a little confusing when they sent the report back. I like the idea of being able to get your water tested and not have somebody come out but I would have liked a little bit more explanation maybe like everything's okay, there's nothing you need to do or please look at this and contact so and so to get it corrected. It was just basically a report that we didn't really know what to do with. We could have called them I guess but we didn't. I had no problems with their service. They were punctual and everything but it would have been nice to get something just maybe a little note."
