"They were very quick to respond. There was a disconnect between my sales rep and installer. However, my installer handled it seamlessly and to my benefit."

"I needed a new roof and new gutters for my house. I tried several other local roofing companies but either they did not show up for an estimate or after giving me an estimate they did not show up to do the work. With the Fall Season coming on, I needed someone to help me out before the Winter came. I checked Angie's list and called "Home Exteriors - The Window, Siding and Roofing Experts." One of their Sales Representatives, Gary, came to my house, wrote up a detailed Installment Contract with final price and he assured me his Roofing and Gutter Crews would be out to take care of my roof. I must admit, I had some doubts about them showing up, due the poor experiences I had with prior contractors. I received a call several weeks later letting me know that the Roofing Crew would start work on the coming Monday. I took some time off during lunch on that Monday to drive by my house to see how the work was going. I did not stop to speak with anyone, I just wanted to see how they were progressing. When I got to my house, I was amazed at the number of guys that were working and how efficient and organized they were. True professionals that really worked well together. I went back to work and when I came home later in the evening, the equipment and supplies they needed to finish the job were neatly organized and the entire yard was cleaned up. When I came home on Tuesday, their work was done. The roof and flashing looked perfect and my entire property was cleaned up, no debris anywhere. The technicians that installed the gutters came several days later. They took off the old gutters and installed seamless gutters in a couple of hours. The work was done quickly, everything looks even, no leaks, perfect!!! I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a replacement roof. From start to finish everything was top notch."

"Devan was the project manager who came to closeout my original roof project. He then noticed that because I had gotten a metal roof that it was recommended I upgrade my gutter system. From start to finish Devan has been fantastic. Staying in constant communication and answering all my calls and texts. Even handling every lil issue I had and making sure I was nothing but satisfied. Even taking the time on his last day in The production department(he was promoted, as he should be) to come closeout my gutter. Devan and Caleb and all the home Genius employees are the reason that this company truly is a different t experience. I have already recommended them and will continue to do so because of the great people that they staff. . P.S Give Devan a raise. Better yet make him CEO. In all seriousness this is an amazing company and you should call them for any need you have."

"We need to have our roof pitched first before gutters can be installed. Ralph of Courtesy Home Improvements was wonderful. We will hire him to do our gutters this summer when the roof work is done, What a great guy he's a 5 star guy! Thanks"

"I am very happy to have chosen the S. Bradley Company to replace my roof and install a new gutter/downspout system with leaf filters. I found Scott Walunis to be a personable professional who is knowledgeable about his products, methodology and keeping his employees motivated to perform their duties in such manner as to provide the quality his customers hope for and pay for. I heartily recommend at least consulting Scott when and if you have a need. You will be happy you did."

"Jarred and his crew were great to work with. Jarred was very responsive in the original inquiry regarding the install of new 6â gutters and a protective metal shield. I have used several other systems in my 72 years and I was always very disappointed. They redirected the slope and installed the system in a more inconspicuous way. I am very impressed with the job that they completed."
