"After a recent snow storm, we had some damage to the outside of our home. I spoke with Adam over the phone, and he was over the next day estimating the repair. Due to the weather, we both agreed to let it warm up to fix. Sure enough, the first warm day that we had, Adam was over and made the repair. He also sent me updates via text since I was unable to stay at home. While he was making the repair, he also noted another troubling issue of which he was able to dignose and help coordinate to fix. This was the first time I used Adam and I am already lining up other jobs for him as well! Thanks Adam!"

Sliding glass door is up next!!! guys back to do sliding door couple weeks later and once again couldn't be happier, with timely arrival, professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for their customers!! "Move Ahead Services was very easy to work with and quoted exactly what I needed. I tried another local company who quoted 4x as much because they didn't listen to what I needed. We needed to move from a storage facility to our new home. Heather listened to what I was looking for and quoted only what would be needed for the job. They sent a 26' Box Truck and three movers. The movers were extremely professional. I provided a few instructions and they too care of the rest. They had the truck loaded in two hours including padding, strapping, and protecting my furniture. It took another hour to travel to my house and unload everything. We did not use the movers to do any disassembly or reassembly which reduced the 6-8 hour estimate to 3 hours total. I'd easily use them again."

"The company was very responsive initially, coming out to do an estimate and everything quickly. Ray seemed to be very competent and knowledgable about going through Dominion's energy rebate program. Workers showed up and completed the work timely. That was the last positive experience. NRG failed to submit my rebate paperwork, causing me to nearly lose my rebate. When I called/emailed Ray and the company to inquire, Ray failed to respond to any emails I sent. The person in the office assured me the paperwork was sent in (it wasn't). They didn't complete the paperwork properly, so Dominion attempted to reach NRG multiple times, but never received any follow up, causing me to lose some money on my rebate. NRG also had a man come and check out my roof, who told me it looked like it had been damaged in a storm. Attempted to work with him to get it replaced. Should have known it wasn't worth the effort when the guy failed to follow through on calls/emails from myself and the insurance adjuster. Eventually he came out, ripped off shingles when the adjuster came out as part of a "test". The claim was denied and the guy from NRG never really followed up again in spite of multiple emails and calls. So now I have a bunch of torn shingles on my roof and a notice from insurance company to have it repaired or I'll lose my coverage. Supposedly he'll replace the torn shingles, but its been 2 months and they're still missing."

"Jaime is simply the best. I’m unexpectedly moving and needed to get my house on the market. i had a huge list of improvements and repairs to get done to get my house show-ready. He did everything i needed from painting to plumbing to electrical and my long list of “honey-do’s”. He was neat, tidy and efficient. His workmanship is impeccable. I would not hesitate to recommend Jaime for any repair you need. Thanks, Jaime - you’re a lifesaver!"

"We vetted 3 contractors all from Angie's List. Danny came prepared with pictures of previous work. He listened to what we wanted and gave us ideas as well. The master bath was taken down to studs. Several design issues were resolved (always interesting to see what previous contractors did) which we were glad to have fixed. We made some changes to our original plan when my wife thought of making a small closet area into a makeup station. What we lost in storage from this converted closet, we gained when Danny installed a large cabinet where an old shower stall was. My wife is very happy to have her make-up area. Also, the in-floor heating system really helps on cold mornings.
At the same time that our bathroom was being remodeled, we were also remodeling our master bedroom. Danny was able to repair drywall over a large part of 1 wall as well as settling cracks on our ceiling. We also had him install new closet sliders and laminate flooring in this room.

"Did report to my home for the initial consultation on schedule. Did discuss and provide information regarding possible alternative methods for repairs. Did provide a written estimate. Did report to the work site on time. Did come prepared with tools, materials, machinery, etc. Did provide responses to my questions. Did provide future maintenance information. I would highly recommend this group to others. Overall an excellent job; however, the job was inexpensive."
