They are very professional and knowledgeable, and gave me two options for replacement of my sump pump and check valve. They had all the necessary equipment in their truck and took less than an hour to have the replacement installed and everything running perfectly. Would definitely recommend, and hire again!! "The sales person was very friendly and took his time to explain exactly what we should expect. He showed us a video of why we were getting water in our basement and the process of installing a sump pump system. I cannot say this for the other sales people at other companies we interviewed. The day of the install the two men were 3 1/2 hours late due to being given the wrong location of our town. Who knew that there were 3 towns in PA with the same name. Once they arrived they were very respectful, polite and ready to do the job. They sectioned off work area with plastic in order to keep the dirt and dust from the rest of the house. They did their job and cleaned up well. They showed us how it would work when they were done. We feel they did a good job at what was needed. We would hire them again if needed.

"My wife and I have been putting off this project for many years. Situation worsening every year. Finally had enough and contacted (Steve) from BWN. Didnâ  t even feel the need to get other estimates because I was so pleased with our first encounter. Had rather extensive work done which included waterproofing ,carbon fiber straps, jackhammering done for new drain system, new sump pump and liner and new outside window well installed with drain. Can not stress enough how happy we were from start to finish. Workers were on time and extremely courteous!!!! Very impressed with cleanup as well. No only final cleanup but each day as well.
