"Everything went very well. We sent Michael pictures of what needed to be done. He gave us a quote. We later asked him to come onsite to firm up the quote, which he did, and the price was the same. He stated he was booked some time out, but said he sometimes has cancellations. He contacted us and stated he indeed had a cancellation, so was able to start the next day. He started the work, even without a deposit, since it was short notice, and we were still away, out of town. We were trying to decide what to do for railing, and had captured quotes from supply companies for replacement aluminum or steel materials, but they seemed high. We asked Michael for his thoughts. He checked a hardware store for us, sent us pictures, and then sent us the part number/SKU's from the store. We paid the store directly, and he picked up the materials. The work is almost done, but all has gone great thus far, and we see no reason why it won't complete with great success."

We talked a little bit and I got their contact information. The staff I met were very friendly. A few days later, I called the company to schedule a free quote. They called me back quickly and we arranged a time for them to come out and give us an estimate. They were on time and gave us a fair quote. I had two other local roofing companies provide quotes as well. One took a week to call me back and then their quote was twice as much. The other company came out to inspect the work that needed to be done and then they never followed up! I signed the contract with Nail It Down and they came out to work on my roof the next day! They brought out around six guys, worked quickly, and finished in just two days. They had to install new roofing due to wood rot and install new gutters. Overall, the new gutters look great and they cleaned up my driveway so well, it was like they were never there. I would highly recommend Nail It Down and even passed on their information to my dad who might also need some work done on his roof.
