"It was this Christmas eve during a storm and we lost power. I started up my emergency generator and it was working just fine. As the night wore on the generator started to loose power and after about an hour finally stopped generating power. I have two sump pumps that keep my basement from flooding as water levels rise from beneath and 3 refrigerators and a freezer full of food. Since he didn't have the required part, he found a store that had it, left to get it and promptly returned to complete the repair. There were no surprises as he was completely up front as to the costs. He even spent extra time with me reviewing how to run and maintain my generator, as well as, proper electrical connections."
