"They were very thorough and trustworthy. They were good in scheduling and the service was extremely reliable. They did a good job."

"I had used Hortensia Cleaning service for almost 5 years. Over the past 6 months their quality of service has rapidly declined. I think their management has changed. They would text 5 minutes before a scheduled appointment to say they were running behind and would need to reschedule. When they did come they were at last an hour or more late. Their service was below average at best. They cut many corners and did not do a thorough cleaning. I did let them know that I was getting frustrated with their punctuality, but it never improved. Eventually I moved on and found a new cleaning service that has been amazing."

"My wife very particular about how the house cleaning is done, we tried couple of other maid service and not happy. Finally we found SILVANA, they complete their first deep clean today, She is very through, hardworking, meticulous, perfectionist. My wife was very happy with the job and she is going to use Silvana on monthly basis."

"The Nice Cleaning crew was exceptional. From the first call they were professional, upfront about cost and the estimated time it would take to do the cleaning. They were thorough and worked around my family who were in their way. I would definitely use them again."

"Customer service was excellent! I would definitely recommend this cleaning service for all room areas big or small!"

"The Pro did an exceptionally great job leaving my walls and windows sparkling clean. The Pro is very nice friendly, professional and she goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I will always ask for Carthy?s Services and I recommend her to anyone who needs a perfect cleaning services."
