"It took me from May 4, 2021 until May 20, 2021 to get my roof and sheetrock repaired. They damaged my a/c due to nail holes in my line and claimed it wasn't their fault, had to argue to get my a/c man paid. They tried to add on to my bill for money already being paid by my insurance company to them for paint and decided not to replace materials without my consent that was included with my insurance money, also. Threw materials in my garbage can that I paid for but couldn't ever use again. They still have not given me an itemized bill or statement showing me what I or my insurance company paid for. They were supposed to do gutters but not after all of this. Will NOT use or recommend them."

"CHMI were above board and really worked with me as I navigated the financial process with my insurance company. Was willing to do the work while waiting for funds to come in. The crew that came to do the job, worked tirelessly in the heat and stayed until the work was done and completed..would definitely hire them again and still might because I think I will need some gutter work done in the near future. Pleasant experience all around.."

I needed my vinyl repaired on my chimney due to storm damage and he was able to hunt down matching siding (20+ years old) and did an exceptional job in a short time. "I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
