Inside he matched the existing paint color and painted the living/dining rooms, kitchen/family rooms, entry and long hallway walls and ceilings. He fixed dry rot outside and caulked cracks inside on walls and on the brick fireplace. It looked like a new house when he finished. He and his staff Manuel were always on time, kept me informed at every step and left things clean at the end of every day. "I am a perfectionist and have always done all my own painting, home renovations/upgrades/maintenance/repair, gardening, landscaping and plumbing, and electrical (to code with permits). I built the 230' of the fencing around our property and built two pergolas.
