"This project was extremely disappointing from a workmanship and communication standpoint. The job included landscaping, drainage correction, and concrete installation. When it came time to pour the concrete, the crew did not arrive with proper equipment and instead transported concrete from the front of the house to the backyard using wheelbarrows through the front yard. This raised immediate concerns about preparation and professionalism. The drainage issue that was specifically contracted to be corrected still results in standing water in the yard. In addition, the concrete steps have noticeable waves and uneven surfaces, which reflect poor finishing and quality control. Since raising these concerns, I have made multiple attempts to contact the company by email, phone, and text to allow them the opportunity to address and resolve the issues. I have received no response. The lack of accountability and follow-through has been just as concerning as the quality of the work itself. "

"Absolutely superb. 1. The owner, Dave, arrived on time for the initial review and estimate. 2. The estimate was very acceptable since I reviewed three bids. 3. His approach and understanding of what I wanted was on target. I had several follow-up questions and he got back to me right away and answered all the questions. 4. Date of the concrete pour his team showed up on time. Dave was there to ensure his team understood what needed to be done. 5. The entire team got to work and then the concrete delivery company arrived on time. The issue here is what was ordered was not delivered. This is not Dave's fault. But he worked with the company to complete my project. Sadly the concrete company refused to work with Dave to correct their oversight. 6. The project was completed and looks great. Dave and his team knows how to do it right and respects the customer. 7. If I have another project, Omega Landscaping and Concrete will be the first one I call."
