Amy called within two days with the estimate and explained the options for types of glass available and once ordered when they would be available. She was very accommodating. Once the estimate was approved, Amy called when the glass came in and scheduled the installation. Mike showed up promptly for the installation and had everything done within two hours. All the repairs were complete and cleaned-up when they left. If you need windows fixed or window panes replaced, talk to Complete Window Care. "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
