"I placed a request for a quote one night (for a move out cleaning) and early the next morning, I was contacted by phone by Gabriel who was ready to give me a flat rate estimate but in order to make it fair for both parties he wanted to inspect the apartment for 10 minutes (I had written comments on my request for a quote indicating that the apartment was being occupied by 3 female college students and that they had 2 cats and a dog as pets). We set up the visit for that same day and I received a flat rate quote which was very close to the estimate he had given me so we closed the deal right then and scheduled the service to be performed the following week. I was very pleased with the fact that I was not charged until the work was done. Gabriel agreed to give me a heads up 30 minutes before the cleaning crew arrived and before they were done and he did. The service was performed to very high standards and they really took the time (+8 hours!) to do things right. The apartment was much cleaner than the way we received it when we occupied it a year before. Gabriel followed up with a phone call the next day to get feedback and he sent the bill by email which I gladly paid! :) Now I know why this provider received the Service Award!"

One of the ladies broke two glass coasters. Dirty dishes were piled in sink. That for me is not 'cleaning house'. At least could have put in dishwasher."
