"Jim responded to my call for help with disconnecting appliances and installing new ones. He was prompt and willing to problem solve. He worked around my delivery schedule and was very considerate throughout. There s still a chance he will need to return because the big box stores will not promise any more than delivery. "cost $110 to find it would cost $600 to fix. It never makes sense to fix anything anymore. Whenever I have an appliance failure from now on I will just have to buy a new one. That's really sad and bad for the environment, but parts and labor totally swamp chinese production cost for new devices. I spent $1300 for a new GE oven to replace a five year old LG oven. SAD!!!"
