"Jim responded to my call for help with disconnecting appliances and installing new ones. He was prompt and willing to problem solve. He worked around my delivery schedule and was very considerate throughout. There s still a chance he will need to return because the big box stores will not promise any more than delivery. Jim came to the rescue ! I highly recommend him!"

"It was discovered that factory certified parts were required to do repairs. They responded with a follow up service call after ordering new parts to install and tested the appliance no questions asked honoring their warranty. Thank You!"

"Kevin was right on time. He went through what I needed done and was able to save me some money by fixing the one toilet instead of replacing them. He was very nice and knew what he was doing. He wasn't trying to take advantage of me. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great plumber."

"cost $110 to find it would cost $600 to fix. It never makes sense to fix anything anymore. Whenever I have an appliance failure from now on I will just have to buy a new one. That's really sad and bad for the environment, but parts and labor totally swamp chinese production cost for new devices. I spent $1300 for a new GE oven to replace a five year old LG oven. SAD!!!"
