"I hired this company to demolish a porch that connected to the rear of my home in order to extend the interior. Mr McNair was recommended by one of my neighbors. He had done work on her property months prior. She said he was efficient and the work was professionally done, he also removed the debris. I called to inquire about the service and explained what I needed done to my home. The next day, I met with Earl. He evaluated the porch, took measurements, then poured the price and that night the contract was sent through emails and I was able to sign it electronically. He estimated that it would be a three day process to completely demolish the porch. He obtained all the permits by the county in order to start the process. Three days later, he arrived an hour early for set up. He laid out signs so that people were aware not to enter the work space. He started at 8 am & completed work that day by 2pm. He removed the debris that was torn down. He kept the signs up until the work was completed and passed the city inspection. The project was actually complete in two days. Inspectors were called to make sure that the work was accurate and no damage was done to the structure. The city passed city inspected said the work was up to code and down with no error. It passed. Earl removed the debris and then accepted the remainder of the payment. I would highly recommend the company for demolition and will hire them for any future projects needed"

My advice to Home Advisor is to immediately remove ALL other Demolition Companies from their site as they obviously do not care about Customer Service and are simply unprofessional operations."
