"I had Geno replace my gutters & install gutter guards in July. I waited to review the work until now so I could determine how the gutters handled the falling leaves. I am very pleased with the job Geno did. It took him & his crew about 4 hours to do the job & did an excellent clean up job when they left. I have had no clogged gutters & the wind blows off the leaves. I had 3 estimates for the job. His reviews were excellent & I felt his gutter guard was very good & he came in with the lowest bid. I recommended Geno to a friend, who also was pleased with his work. I will certainly recommend him to others & will use him in the future if I need additional roofing or siding repairs."

"Everyone from the salesperson Ramona to office staff and the guys working on the roof were very accommodating and friendly. I had quotes from other companies that were less money. We felt that the service and warranty from Middle Creek Roofing was far superior to the other companies. They had our roof done in one day! Great Job to all involved!!!"

"I would certainly recommend you hiring Zoe’s Property services for any of your repair needs. Jean responded promptly and professional handled multiple plumbing leakage and back flow issues, toilet seal replacement, wiring/lighting , painting, door & lock replacement and even restored my entire roof! After our first interaction I knew my property was in great hands. Jean’s pricing is always fair & reasonable, work is finished promptly and professional, and he leaves the space in clean condition. He repaired 2 separate roofs - on the main house and a smaller roof over the enclosed porch quickly and for a amazing price right before the holidays. He is knowledgeable about properties inside and out. He also willing to share his assessment of issues ensuring fair pricing unlike some other companies I’ve worked with in the past. "Nick was great to work with from start to finish. He came out to look at my roof and gave his recommendations and followed up with an estimate that same day. He also followed up with me to see if I had any questions with the scope of work or estimate. The work was completed in a timely manner and the price was very fair. I definitely recommend Nick for anyone looking to have any roof work done."

"First and foremost, Premier were the only roofing company in the area to actually call me back when I had a leak. We decided to go ahead an replace the entire roof then and there. Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. They were timely and polite. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. One particular instance had the owner himself over to install a skylight blind. I would definitely recommend them."
