"The workers were on time and very friendly. The work proceeded smoothly until there was a leak. We called and they returned immediately to fix the problem. The leak was around a dormer. They repaired it and finished the job without a hitch. The other dormer leaked last month, a year after the repair, and in one phone call they were back and repaired the roof. Dormers aren't that easy to repair, so I understand that there might be issues, what I really appreciate is that they have stood by their work and returned to repair any issues right away. We have HVAC certification, as well as backflow preventive tester cert, lead RRP cert and gas line cert. Hourly rates are 55.00 per man hour for general labor and repair, 75.00 per man hour for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Regular hours are M-F 8-4:30 but we are available for emergency calls and can make time outside our normal schedule when needed.
