"He shared multiple ideas (very good ones) but we mutually decided it was a job I could best do myself for the budget I had.  He even went as far as to call the tool rental company and confirm they had what I needed and give me costs associated.  Had my budget allowed, I would have gladly worked with him.

"Originally hired to clean up my front and side yard which needed a lot of work. The work Jeff and his son did made such a difference. My flower beds were getting overgrown -- needed a lot of weeding, some plants needed cut down, some removed because of overcrowding, and a sand cherry tree taken out. They did some planting, edged and mulched all the beds and around the trees. I was very, very happy with their work and I'm having Jeff continue with the mowing, trimming and fertilizing/weeding my lawn. He's a good worker and does what he says he'll do and very personable. I enjoy looking at my yard now...instead of cringing!

"I've always enjoyed my experience with MJS and look forward again this year to renewing my service.  They start the mowing promptly in the season right when the grass starts to grow quickly until the early fall.  They have certain full season packages, which are probably the way to go for most, but I'm on a very limited budget so I asked them to come mow every two weeks, which is (for me) a perfect balance of having a trimmed lawn and some money left.  They were happy to accommodate.  When MJS comes to do my annual "trim back the plants/bushes/trees from the house siding" they do a really excellent job at an extremely reasonable price, and they always throw in a couple landscaping extras to boot (shaping the bushes in the front of the house and weeding the front garden patch)."

"We hired O.B. Contracting for a full exterior make-over from hail damage. Colby was fantastic in getting all our damages fairly reimbursed by our insurance company. He got us top quality materials at a fair price, refusing cheap materials to just fatten his profits. Colby and his crew were courteous and prideful in their work. They do neat, quality work. They worked on a Sunday to finish our roof and be sure everything was secured when Hurricane Sandy was hitting!  I'd like to think I'm a tough customer and the guys were patient in hearing my thoughts and suggestions. We will be calling them to do some more work for us!
