"The website does not allow me to specify the work completed. I experienced one of the nightmares of home ownership… a leaky roof. John arrived at my home after 8PM as an emergency call. He tarped the area of leakage and returned with his sizable crew at 8AM the next morning. Upon inspection of my home, it was discovered that the chimney was cracked and pulling away due to water leakage. There was also evidence of some water damage inside. Top Rank replaced the roof and chimney. They removed the vinyl siding and everything that was hiding behind it,down to the sheathing. New plywood, Tyvek, and leveling board were placed, and my siding was reattached. I am very appreciative to have found Top Rank Renovations. His design was to insure the driest base environment to install a shed that will last far longer than other contractors I spoke with. I couldn't have been happier with my choice of C3. He and his crew were very professional and detailed in the work performed. Always on time and mindful of the surrounding work area and exceptionally detailed in their final cleanup of the site.
