He pointed out final things for the contractor to know and tend to or repair. He also made some follow up suggestions for how to tackle a perplexing design problem. Also, they figured out how to do the work quickly in preparation for my family joining me. I was more than happy with all of it and the space looks great."

They cleaned for about 3.5 hours and left us amazed. The kitchen and bathroom required the most work and now look brand new. Getting soap stains of shower doors has always been an issue for us, but they now look brand new. They cleaned doors, windows, ceiling fans, switches etc. apart from vacuuming moping, making beds, dusting furniture and picture frames. Just a very through job. No issues at all. "They cleaned my rental property after my tenant moved out. The scheduling was easy and pricing was reasonable and negotiable. I provided detailed requirements and did not want them to upsell or claim. On the day of cleaning, the cleaner didn't show up. The owner scrambled to find another cleaner and I was pretty upset that it was messed up. But the efforts of the owner and his responses were empathetic. He did find another cleaner and started the job the same day. He followed up and communicated with me on what's going on. So I have to give him 5 stars on how he handled a difficult situation to a customer's satisfaction."
