They handled everything with the permit and the inspector and included the fee in our bill. They removed removed the damaged sidewalk blocks and apron and prepped everything for the inspector in less than a day. Day two was concrete pouring and driveway replacement. "Bob and his crew did an outstanding job on all three projects.  The first shed foundation required a lot of front end loading work with the township and Bob helped me navigate the process.   All of the jobs required significant travel for Bob and his crew, but they arrived early everyday and worked long into the evening.  Bob pays attention to the details and does not cut corners.  His rates are competitive and you definitely get what you pay for.  I highly recommend using Rock-A-Fellas for your next foundation or shed project.

"Our driveway had several large deep cracks: at the garage apron, where it met the street, one across the middle, and many smaller crack throughout. We were given an estimate to patch (cut back the asphalt at the large cracks and patch), OR to patch and resurface the entire driveway. We opted for the patch/resurface and it looks fantastic (it’s like a brand new driveway)! We also decided (last minute) to add on the sealcoat right after the paving, which Frank was happy to do. Frank was great and on-site during all of the work. All phone calls/texts were answered immediately. The estimate was accurate. One thing to note is that the weather will dictate the scheduling (which Frank told us at the estimate). We got weeks of rain after our estimate so it took almost 2 months to get scheduled, but it was certainly worth the wait. Would recommend and hire again."

"While visiting my sister's house in Royersford, PA we discovered my son had been dropping rocks down the vent pipe in the front yard which caused the sewer drain to back up into the basement. My brother-in-law who is a contractor, rented a professional snake on several different days trying to clear the drain to no avail. We called American Drain Cleaning as a last resort thinking that we may have to dig up the front yard to get at the massive blockage. We chose American since they said they could provide full sewer line replacement if necessary, but the lead plumber, Dan, said he would first try to remove the rocks from the vent pipe since he has seen this problem before. We crossed our fingers and hoped for the best! Dan first removed about 15 pounds of rocks using a high powered industrial shopvac with extra long hose. He then carefully removed the remaining larger rocks and pieces of brick with some 10 ft. long tongs. Amazing!  After all was said and done the sewer drain was clear and we didn't need to dig up the yard! THANK YOU DAN!
