The small holes he made to install the ceiling fan were patched with spackle and are not even noticeable. He even reviewed with us how to operate the fan/light and change the bulbs. Jeff arrived at my door and was absolutely professional, courteous and tireless in identifying the problem, and making sure it was resolved properly. As it turned out, during the reconstruction of this house, a kick cap from the installation of a toilet, fell down the sewer line and caused a blockage. Jeff used pretty much every tool in his truck to resolve and fix the blockage. Absolutely job well done. Aside from some remaining standing water from my shoddy attempts at repair at 2 in the morning, we have no NEW water - and every faucet, spigot and piece of plumbing works flawlessly.
