"I called around 1245 and the guys were right up the road so they said they'd stop by within an hour.  About 30 minutes later, they were here and immediately got to work.  They were very patient with me, as we had a lot going on with our yard and irrigation system and wanted input on both irrigation and landscaping.  I have never felt more comfortable having 2 men who were basically strangers, in my home while I was there alone, not only in terms of safety (they were in uniforms so I knew they were from the place I had called) but also in honesty.  They could have easily told me all sorts of things were wrong and I wouldn't have known the difference and would have had to shell out a lot of money.  I was told exactly what was wrong with the irrigation and they fixed it right there AND gave an old lady lessons in setting and working the system AND reassured me that if I had a problem he would gladly talk me through it again over the phone.  As for the landscaping and yard issues, again, he could have sold me about anything but said "if it were me" and saved me a lot of money because he felt like the areas causing trouble were starting to grown and would fill in without my spending a lot to "fix" or replace the sod.  I HIGHLY recommend Water Works without a single reservation and have already made another appointment to have some landscaping additions that I've been wanting.  In the future, we have the whole backyard to work on and I WILL be using these great people again!!  You can NOT go wrong if you choose Water Works! <br />"
