"We began the process with SunPower when a representative knocked on the door and asked if we were interested in exploring solar power. After this we were put in touch with Arvin, who guided us through the entire process and was thorough, transparent, helpful, and responsive. First, Arvin met with us in our home for over an hour exploring all the details of various options including PPA (power purchase agreements) and financing. After we expressed initial interest during this meeting, SunPower sent a site inspector to our home to analyze our readiness for a solar panel installation. After this, we stayed in touch with Arvin while exploring the details of our home’s solar power system. Initially, we were hesitant about the idea of a PPA since we wouldn’t own the panels that were on our roof. Once Arvin explained the details of how the PPA works, including provisions for if we do construction on our roof or move to a new home, we became much more comfortable. We ended up choosing to go with a PPA because we liked the idea of paying only for the power being produced, rather than for the equipment itself. The proposed system of solar panels was projected to cover 90% of our home’s monthly energy needs."

"I am so pleased with the worked performed by The Solar Panel Doctor. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company for your solar cleaning needs and bird proofing. The technicians were top notch and I am so impressed with their work ethics! I am looking forward to having them serve my solar panels for future cleanings and am please how they handled the bird abatement. Thank you so much!!"

"Saul and Juan arrived on time, determined where the fault lay, advised me on what I can do to save some labor costs by running wire myself. I have worked on some electrical equipment over the years so usually am familiar with what is needed or not needed. These guys didnâ  t try to sell me something I didnâ  t need. Very professional and I would recommend them to others. Thx. Brian Napa County"

"I cannot say enough amazing things about Urban Energy! From start to finish our solar installation was easy and seamless. We worked with Mark who helped us select the Sun Power A400 series solar panels, a superior product to other panels on the market and also carrying the best solar warranty in the industry with a 25 year warranty. Urban Energy handled everything with our city permit, from drafting and submitting plans and meeting with the city inspector for our final approval. It took the crew just 2.5 days to install our 26 panel system. The installation was super smooth and the installation crew was extremely professional and tidy. I could not believe how quick and fast the entire process was. Everyone we worked with at Urban Energy was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. From start to finish we always felt like we were in good hands and knew we made the right decision selecting Urban Energy above other solar companies. We are so thrilled to go green with our solar panels and feel confident with Sun Powers solar panels longevity and reliability. And of course we love the sleek and clean look of our panels as well!"

"Honest and straight forward. I will keep you in mind if any future solar issues come up. Would recommend!"

"I had initially called them out to look at my system that was not working. They walked me step by step on what went wrong with the system . I had no issues after that & even upgraded 6 out of my 22 panels to produce more energy. The price was definitely worth it & could not have been happier with the service and price that was given to me"

"My solar panels look like new!"

"He was so helpful on the phone to help diagnose the problem before the technician could come out. They helped me get replacement equipment that was still under warranty. I would definitely recommend them."
