"From requesting the trim and appt date was about 2 months. I suspect they were too busy and had other contractor do our job. A 5 star quality trim is not what we received. We were supposed to see an example of the new trim to be used, and was never shown. They painted the trim white much lighter than existing. They said the reason the difference is existing paint had aged. Yet the existing was cream/off white to begin with, not white. They left gaps between wall and trim at one spot about 1/4 inch. Communication was not as professional that one wouldexpect. At the price and 5 stars, I expected much better."
