"Jordan is very nice, however he doesn’t have great communication! We paid in April to be on calendar end of may, at that point we had to contact him weekly to see what was going on, he finally showed up july 5 , but had to leave again to get equipment to demo old deck( this was part of the job). He didn’t show up every day, and had 1 or 2 guys at most with him, he didn’t tell us he had never worked with the materials we chose, so was kind of guessing at most of it. We were promised once he started our job we would’ve the priority, yet at the end my husband had to help because he was alone, the rest of the crew was working a different project! It took over 2 weeks and was supposed to be a few days. We weren’t told the post covers had been back ordered 3 times, we could have chosen something different, or picked material at a different location . We wanted a pergola and had ideas of what that would be, but what we got was very different. We should have gotten pictures of what he thought, or should have been asked, again communication, he does good work, but has too many things going on at once"

"He was probably the lowest bidder. It was going to be later in September before he could come and get the fence done. He quoted me $2,000. I didn't choose him because of the time. He had forgotten what I had called him for. He thought that I was going to put up a chain link fence at first. He didn't ask me as many questions as the guy from the other company. That kind of made me wonder what he was going to be doing. He called me back right away and he was right on-time. Actually, I think he was early coming for the appointment. He was the lowest bidder and his price would have been the best. He was very professional. He showed up when he said he was going to show up. I needed to reschedule the appointment and he was very flexible with that so that was nice. I would probably not use him because he didn't seem to ask me some of the questions that after I had other contractors come out; I thought that maybe he should have."
