My only gripe is that when they brought the hose through my window, some leaves came into my basement that they didn't clean up when they were done (not a huge deal, but something I thought they should have cleaned up). "Very professional and clean. As soon as they walked in the door they put on the little clean boot covers so dirt would not get tracked in the house. They asked what the concern was and if there was anything else that I needed while they were there. An inspection was performed and a solution was given to the problem at hand. After the initial inspection of the bathroom they climbed into the attic and inspected for mold. After inspection was done in the attic they inspected the rest of the house for mold as well (which I did not think they would do). -Pros: Very knowledgeable and professional about the concerns that I had. - Friendly to talk to and did not make me feel embarrassed about my concerns of mold. - Wore little boot covers over their feet to keep my floors clean. - Gave me advise for future to save me money. - Cons: Because I did not receive any work from them due to there not being any mold upon inspection, I did not get a chance to see there work if there was mold. - No major complaints, and would recommend to a friend."

"His employee clean the gutters and ran water in front of the house clean the downspouts. He cleaned the gutters in the back but to not run water, because he said he was running late for another job. I asked him to connect to three foot plastic extensions from the gutters which entailed putting two screws in each one and he told me he should have charged me for that you don't do it for nothing. So I paid him $125 because he didn't sound like he was kidding."

"Everything was fine I guess, the only thing that bothered me was that the kit was essentially a small bottle with a cotton ball in it. <br /> I've seen other Radon tests and was expecting something a little different. <br /> Perhaps measuring the fumes on a cotton ball is sufficient but it just seemed a little sketchy. <br />"
