"Frank and his team did an incredible job. In fact, the two week + projected time for the projects were done in about a week and a half. Frank installed engineered wood floors in our family room and three bedrooms. The installation was done ahead of schedule, was done with great care and attention to detail. In fact, he cut the wood around a curved feature of our sunk-in family room to a perfect match. He also designed, built and installed new closet organizers for our two girls bedrooms, which our girls love and put in cabinets in our garage so we could organize our garage in a neat way with items out of sight. This is our second time using Frank and his work is consistently of high quality."

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"Are you kidding me?!? Nate is the real deal. He is a true professional and I'm so happy I was able to find him on Angies list. I originally contacted Nate for a shower door replacement project. Not only are his prices fair, but he was able to get this door installed better than the original builders. By no means was this an easy repair, but our relationship had to start somewhere. Beyond this, his company was able to help me with simple caulking jobs to extensive paint jobs, even turn a house around that needed some serious help. All of the jobs they have done for us thus far are exceptional including the paint on the exterior of the house. "There is a lot of so-called glass company's in the central Fla area. If you want to hire a pro with Integrity, then look no further than Randall Akkerman. This was a tough repair that no other glass company would take the time to consider. I knew it was going to be a tough repair and I was expecting to pay a premium to have it replaced. The problem that I found out is that there are NO true Glaziers in the business anymore. Not until i spoke with Randall and Rodger. Two guys did a job that all the other glass companies wouldn't even consider because it took skill and knowledge they didn't possess. I'm sure glad I found them and they will be the only Glass company that I call on in the future. Don't waste your time calling the rest of the glass repair companies in the business.
