Get matched with top gate for driveway or security installers and replacers in Pilot Hill, CA

"I have used Arcadian for over 15 years. They have built two driveway gates and done fencing for me. They are reliable, priced lower than the other bids I got, do what they say they are going to and their work is always done very well."

"Honest, good work at a fair price. Options were presented with pros/cons and pricing, allowing us to make an educated decision. The installation team was on time, very meticulous and friendly. They worked fast and clean, removing all debris from the property, daily. All work was inspected and tested by the owner of the company upon completion. We are beyond happy with the product and installation. It is the first time in 11 years that we have garage doors that actually seal to the floor!"

"Got my fence move closer to the front of my yard and got a new gate. Gate post was sturdy and look better than what I had. . However, I didn?t like that there were big gaps. The bottom of the gate had a big gap and the side of the gate to the house have a big gap.the gap at the bottom of the gate was too wide. I know a cat couldn?t go under it but it was too wide so I asked the tech to close it a little. He didn?t like that I asked him to close the gap but I want to feel comfortable with the look of my gate. He reminded me that closing the bottom gap could void the warranty if stones get under it. A strip of wood on the gate post, to close the gap would have been nice especially that it wouldn?t interfere with the structure or warranty but would just give me a little more privacy."

"It went well. They did great job."

"ALWAYS responded promptly to my calls. Repaired gate weld and poorly programed software in controller. Returned without additional charges until operation was satisfactory!"

"Excellent Service from planning through Execution and installation to final fine tuning. The folks communicated well and explained every detail of the step. Got permit and inspection done. It was seamless. Thanks. R."

"My garage door was behaving erratically when I attempted to close it -- to the point where I had to manually assist' in the closing of the door.  Obviously, I needed to have it serviced.  I went to my 'go-to' site for a referral and discovered ELK GROVE OVERHEAD DOORS on Angie's List.  The technician, David, arrived shortly after the scheduled time and proceeded to inspect the door.  He swapped out the door rollers and even added addtitional brackets to better support the door rails. Before he left, he did additional little things to ensure a quieter garage door operation, as well as giving me tips on future maintenance.  Overall, a dream experience!  My garage door now works like it did on it's initial installation some 10 years ago.  Thanks David and thanks ELK GROVE OVERHEAD DOORS !!

"I will be recommending this company to all my neighbors. They were fast, honest, and high-quality. What is best is that, given the tough times we all are facing right now, they are willing to work with you on a price you feel comfortable with. I called them out to fix the broken torsion spring on my garage door. They lowered their price by nearly $100 to match the price of another company. Access Door & Gate's work came with a 5-year warranty which the other's did not. While fixing it, the technician noticed some other issues (broken hinges and rollers) with the door that I had noticed before and wanted to get fixed once I could more comfortably afford it. The technician quoted me a price that was ok, but more than I could afford. When I told him this, he worked with me on the price until we were at a price that was comfortable. In the end, a new double torsion spring setup, new hinges, and new rollers cost me $350. Since the original quote for the just the spring was $320, I thought this was pretty good. Also, they were very friendly and quick. I will absolutely use them again for any garage door needs."

"I was in a pinch to get a vacant unit ready for move in and they responded that same day to get our new tenant moved in. Very professional, clean and efficient. And the new garage door is is a major upgrade for our rental"

"On September 03, 2011, I woke up, only to discover a flooded kitchen, from a leaking faucet under my sink. Out of hysteria, and quick thinking, I picked up the phone, and proceeded to call Forever Wood Construction Emergency Hotline. (916) 676-6610.  Within two rings, I was already speaking to a live representative. I gave them my address, and a quick overview of the scenario, and they were already on their way!!  The representative, also walked me through the procedure of turning my water off, through the phone.  About ten minutes later, Forever Wood Construction was already at my door step, with all the necessary tools on hand.  I am amazed to see such prompted service.  I proceeded to show them the water damage, and they thoroughly explained everything they were going to do, to prevent further damage, in an fashionably organized manner.  Within a half hour, I had my kitchen stripped down, and airing out  with their Huge Fans, and Dehumidifiers.  Forever Wood Construction Company, helped me to get all the necessary information for my Insurance company.  After the drying process, Clayton Witherow, Owner, presented a game plan, to ensure this would never happen again, and tips on different materials, they can use to increase the value of my home.  I went with the Travertine Stone Tiles, in which i love.  Forever Wood Construction had the kitchen done, with absolute quality results, in one day!!  I have never experienced a company with such great customer service, sense of urgency, and top quality results, as exceptional as I've experienced with Forever Wood Construction.  I will use them for any future construction job, whether it be an emergency job again, or not.  I will also refer Forever Wood Construction to all my family members, and friends.  I want to thank Forever Wood Construction, for making me feel comfortable in the situation at hand, and increasing the value of my home!!
