"Duct Doctor did a great job! The technician showed up on time and was very courteous. He explained what he would be doing and what I could expect during the process. The ducts had probably not been cleaned since the system was installed many years ago. The job took about 2.5 hours from start to finish and I would use this service again without hesitation. Tim and Blake came out to do the job which took a day and half. To be honest I thought I would have to do some clean up after the job BUT these two techs were Fantastic. We realize Berico is the premium heating and air company in the Triad. However Tim and Blake were polite, detail minded, and very professional. The work was outstanding and the two left nothing for us to clean up. Paying a little more is well worth the quality of work they did."
