"Excellent Work! Eric cleaned all of the window exteriors on my 3 flat, which had about 30+ windows, including 24 pane 6 ft oversized french windows and windows on doors. He had to navigate tight gangway spaces and around trees with his tall ladders. He also removed and cleaned my screens. He took a lot of care in the cleaning with a lot of attention to detail, even removing some paint and other residue left over from my renovation. He also had all the right tools for the job. I will hire him again and highly recommend."

"On time professionals and very clean windows. Respectful of property too!"

"Bella Custom Cleaning always does a great job. I have used them many times and have never been disappointed. Their prices are reasonable and they worked to get my cleaning done on a tight deadline. I would highly recommend them."

"Ron has done an excellent post-construction cleaning of my apartment. There was a lot of dust everywhere -- on the walls, windows, and kitchen. Everything is so clean now: windows, cabinets, floors, and walls are shiny, and the air is fresh. Ron is easy and pleasant to work with and has a high sense of responsibility for his work. I will highly recommend Royale cleaning for your post-construction work. Thank you, Ron!"

"They were very punctual. The first visit they walked around looked at the house. We talked what we wanted to be cleaned and not cleaned and how to be cleaned. The first time the two ladies came out it was more expensive, it was $200 for two cleaning ladies. The ladies were very friendly."

"I rarely write any reviews, but I thought I should start supporting good small businesses :)
Erzsebeth is nice, professional and very responsive. She's also very flexible in term of what area I like to clean every time. Communication/scheduling (through texting) with her is very easy and fast. Her crew did an excellent job cleaning my place the last 2 times. I hope they keep up the good work going forward.
I am very OCD. I have tried many cleaning companies including MyClean, HomeJoy, etc. but I was never completely satisfied with the work. They always miss something and most areas would never be as clean as if I would have done it myself. It's not the case with Erzsebeth. I am very very happy with the cleaning. The house is spotless! I love to have it clean twice a month now (because it's so clean), but I won't be able to afford it. She's definitely my go-to cleaner now and I'll refer her to my friends and coworkers. The price is definitely not the cheapest. It's fair, and definitely worth it. My only concern is that she's not using the same crew the last 2 times, but I haven't had any problems. I trusted her :) Hopefully we keep having a good relationship going forward. Thank you for great service!

"We to move furniture due to service provider only one person. Chairs, dresser, etc cleared before service otherwise would have missed a lot of carpeted area in bedrooms. Stain appears to be returning to hallway carpet cleaned"

"GREAT! The service was performed in a timely manner. The gentleman left no trash behind. Pictures were taken before and after he cleaned the gutters. I will definitely use that company again! I plan to contact them in April or May to clean my windows."
