"We just had our house exterior fully painted in new colors by the Harmony Team. From my first call to Julie in their office, to the onsite estimate from Breslin, the color consultation by Carrie and the painting by Manuel and his team the service was exceptional! Julie and Breslin were great at explaining their process an were very competitive in their pricing. Carrie was amazing in the way she understood my vision but made some adjustments to the colors I was leaning toward to help me achieve it to perfection! Manuel and his team were incredible! Their attention to detail was great and they worked so fast! Manual went above and beyond to offer a suggestion on how best to repair some damage to my siding that wasn't even in our original quote without any extra charges! "This company was hired by coldwel banker to paint my house. Their work was extremely sub par. They failed to the the drywall repairs and missed 30% of the painting. They sent another guy to my house today who brought his tweaker and son along. They proceeded to ransack my house and steal over $7500 worth of my belongings. Nothing shy of a horror story"

"Stellar sanded and stained our deck. It is extensive (1200 square feet), south facing, and 20 years old. So needless to say, it's a lot of work to keep it in decent shape. As with any painting job, the important part happens before you start - in prepping the surrounding. I was actually so impressed with their thoroughness I took a bunch of photos, attached below. They did a great job with every aspect of the work - timeliness, communication, cleanup etc. They were not cheap! I could probably have found somebody else to do the work for 60% of the cost. But not with this quality."

Barron responded quickly, came by and surveyed the work to be done, advised as to my best options and quoted me a fair price and fit me into his schedule with minimum delays, Less than 2 weeks later the crew showed up to start the job. The crew foreman was highly experienced, and I had confidence in him and Barron to tell me what needed to be done and some other things that would probably not benefit the job. "I had a few projects done by Grandview deck and patio. First it was a patio and then two years later I did a covered addition to it. I was promised from Darrell that they were going to send somebody out and fix part of the patio that had concaved in. I was also promised to have somebody come out with concrete and fix the bottom of the concrete poles that were put in to my patio cover. Numerous calls were made and no one has ever gotten back to us. They basically took their money and ran."
