The estimates were broken down by paint category/type as well as the labor projections. Provided great feedback about color change considerations. We are booked for next Spring and looking forward to beginning work. This was also the only estimate that did not require at least a 20% down payment to book for Spring 2026, although 2 others did offer to wave upon hearing reasons for selection of this company vs their offer.
