First we will pre treat all carpeted areas, then we come through with our CRB machine (counter rotating brushes) this helps emulsify the soil lifting it to the tops of the fibers. Then we do a final hot water extraction with 230 degrees of water and a mild rinsing agent. We have 20 years of experience in the business. I am a owner operator with many years of experience. "Issues with new window leak after they replaced siding. Took over a year from my initial notification of the new leak for them to remove siding and investigate problem. They said old leak and exterior wall damaged from leak. Not sure how their crew hung the house siding if the wall was wet like they said. They said they would give us a bid to repair and no follow up for 2 months. Left a piece of siding off my house that whole time. Do not recommend."
